1.All ally members can vote if a member can be accepted in the clan that he apply at.(maybe some ally members know the player with a "big mouth" or "scamer" etc.
2.Inutile topics wi'll be instant-deleted.
3.If you apply and leave clan / ally your account wi'll be banned.
4.Who leave the clan/ally wi'll never come back.
5.Clan leaders must inform me who left them clan.
